PURCHASE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Payment:  Please complete full payment before your order is processed and shipped. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, e-wallet, or cash on delivery (COD).
2.  Delivery: Standard delivery time is 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We strive to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or shipping disruptions.
3. Return & Refund Policy: You may request a return or refund within 30 days if the product is not of satisfactory quality. Please contact us via email or hotline for prompt and convenient support.
4. Limitation of Liability: We are committed to delivering quality products and services. However, M FIT shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the misuse or improper use of the product.
5. Taxes and Duties: If you are purchasing from abroad or from a region where tax withholding is required, you are responsible for paying any applicable local taxes or duties. Our listed prices do not include taxes or import duties in your country or region (if applicable).
6. Complaints: All feedback or complaints must be submitted to M FIT within 8 days of receiving the product. We are committed to resolving and responding within 3–5 business days upon receiving your request.
7. Governing Law:  All transactions with M FIT shall be governed and resolved in accordance with the prevailing laws of Vietnam.
