mfitcares.com prioritizes customer satisfaction. Our team carefully checks product quality before packaging, but if a product does not meet expectations, customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days.

Return & Exchange Process:


Return process:

Return requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. After that, mfitcares.com cannot process refunds.




How to return:

Contact us at customercare@mfitcares.com or call 0903892969 with your reason for return, full contact information, and proof of purchase (photos or unboxing videos).


Valid cases (with sufficient evidence and within the timeframe) will be eligible for product exchange.


Returns apply to defective items due to design or technical issues.


Cost: All costs arising from valid returns or exchanges will be borne by the Company.

Important Notes for Returns:


Return eligibility: 

  • Product must be unused and include all tags, packaging, accessories, and gifts.
  • Proof of purchase must be available.

Note: Return timelines may vary by region.

Refunds:


If a refund is requested, mfitcares.com will process it within 48 business hours upon receipt of a valid returned item. Refunds will be made via bank transfer.

After receiving the returned item, mfitcares.com will notify customers via email/SMS regarding the acceptance or rejection of the refund. If accepted, the refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account and contact us at customercare@mfitcares.com for prompt assistance.
