1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to most regions across Vietnam via trusted logistics partners such as VNPT, Viettel, and others.
Payment Before Delivery:
-Customers are required to pay the full order amount before delivery.
-If delivery is made via a third-party transportation service (e.g., bus/coach), the driver must pay in full before collecting the goods.
-Customers are advised to ask the receiver to carefully inspect the goods before accepting them.
2. Shipping Fees & Delivery Time:
2.1 Shipping Fee:
Shipping fees depend on delivery location and are based on the current pricing of our logistics partners.
2.2 Delivery Time:
Standard delivery time: 2–3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
In case of delay, our customer support team will notify at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Delivery Responsibility:
The shipping service provider shall bear responsibility for the goods and any associated risks, such as loss or damage, during the entire delivery process to the customer.
Customers are responsible for inspecting the goods upon delivery.
If the goods are found to be damaged, scratched, broken, dented, or not matching the order, the customer must note the condition on the delivery slip and notify us immediately for resolution.
Once the customer signs the delivery receipt without any remarks or complaints, the order is considered complete, and we will not be liable for any later claims related to damage, wrong items, or other issues.
If the customer assigns their own shipping service or asks someone else to receive the goods, all risks and responsibilities for the goods lie with the customer.
In such cases, the customer shall also bear all shipping costs and any related losses.
4. Responsibility of the Seller and Logistics Provider for Providing Shipping Documents:
To ensure smooth delivery, mfitcares.com's logistics provider guarantees that each shipment includes:
- A sales invoice.
- Relevant documents proving the product is legally distributed by the Company.
During transit, if requested by competent authorities, the delivery personnel may present these documents to verify the origin and legitimacy of the goods.
