Article 1: Resolution Mechanism


 All customer complaints are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, either party may escalate the matter to a competent government authority for resolution.

In case of any issue caused by mfitcares.com, we will promptly take necessary actions to ensure customer rights are protected.

 Customers may file a complaint to mfitcares.com via the following channels:

  • Step 1: Submit complaint

Customers submit their complaint along with the relevant Order Number through the methods mentioned above.


  • Step 2:  Review and verify

mfitcares.com will review and verify the information related to the complaint.


  • Step 3:  Response to customer

mfitcares.com will respond with the result of the complaint resolution within 03 business days after completing verification.

We strive to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly. For cases beyond our authority, we will recommend customers refer the matter to the competent government authority in accordance with the law.
